Preparations:
- 玉ねぎ1/2個 (Half an onion)
- サラダ油 大さじ1/2(Salad oil 7.5g)
- 顆粒和風だし 小さじ2(Japanese-style granules 10g)
- 醤油 大さじ3(Soy sauce 45g)
- 味醂 大さじ1(Mirin 15g)
- 料理酒 大さじ1(Cooking sake 15g)
- 砂糖 大さじ3(Granulated sugar 45g)
- 水 200ml(Water 200ml)
- 牛バラ肉 200g (Cut beef slices with a lot of fat, and fat meat accounts for about 30%.)
Notes:
The amount of these condiments do not have to follow my instructions. You can put more or less according to your taste.
「顆粒和風だし」 is almost made of skipjack and kelp. So if you don't have this, you can use 「めんつゆ」 instead.
If you don't have salad oil, butter is also OK. These ingredients are only for frying onions, so they don't need too much.
Steps:
First, put the salad oil and onion and stir fry.

I think there was not enough beef, so I added some cooked meat. Don't follow my example. You'd better use raw meat

It looks good but tastes hard because I haven't bought beef with too much fat.
You must buy beef with more fat so that it is delicious.
And I must say that what I did this time was a failure. Because I put too much sugar and water. You should know that besides the granulated sugar you set, there is sugar in other condiments, so you'd better taste it first after flavoring.
Notice that you'd better not use butter. Although I said butter is OK, the taste of butter may cover the taste of beef itself.
